  • Kadampa

Held at the Chinook Yoga studio, the Kadampa meditation class consists of two guided meditations, a talk, and a chance to ask questions. The classes are taught by Sarah Dowling who has been studying and practicing Buddhism for many years.

  • Light of the Lotus

Every Thursday starting at 6pm, there will be a guided group meditation. Each week there will be a different meditation done. Check the facebook page for information on the time and dates of the meditations as well as upcoming meditations

  • Gendun Drubpa Buddhist Centre

This is Tibetan Buddhist Centre located in central British Columbia, Canada. We are affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition.   • A small group meets at a private home in Mackenzie, BC on Saturday mornings and some evenings to practice in the Rinzai (Zen) tradition. Beginners welcome.

  • A non-denominational meditation group meets several times a week to practice in a circle format. The group is led by Jean Christian, and uses breath as the focus; sometimes combined with yoga, sometimes alone, and often ended with simple chanting.
